Hey Everyone! Welcome back to my blog and to another Meal Diary post. Personally I love doing these and I love seeing what other people eat in a day. It intrigues me so much! This time though, I did something different. Going hand in hand with this blog post you have my first Youtube video! I had loads of fun filming it (a bit awkward at first) but I soon was able to warm up to the camera. Just to let you know in advanced, I forgot to take a picture of my dinner so in order to see that you’ll have to watch the video down below! It would be ever so nice if you could leave a comment to let me know what you think! For the next video I’m going to try my hardest to not say “ummm” and “really really” you’ll see what I mean. It bothers me SO much haha.
*This is what I eat on a day off. When I’m at work or have a busy day out it usually includes unlimited cups of coffee and lots of snacking 😉
Bircher Muesli (find the recipe here) with banana, blueberries, chia seeds & cinnamon. Almond milk cappuccino with cinnamon.
Omelette with 2 eggs, sweet grape tomatoes, spinach, feta cheese & pork roast. Leftover green beans in a lemon, butter-garlic sauce.
